It's a fantastic opportunity for us, and we're excited to use it for bringing more information to you.
I'm really looking forward to this event. I love the idea of entering a large convention hall and not being limited in what I can eat. It's an experience that celiacs and people with severe food allergies don't get to have often. This type of event tends to make me giddy, and come away hopeful and inspired.
I'll be Tweeting live from the Expo, using #GFAFEXPO. On Twitter, you can follow us @GFGardenState and the Expo @gfafexpo.
There will be lots of follow-up blogging, as well. You can expect information on products and restaurants, as well as a report on the Expo scene.
On both days, the Expo opens to the general public at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. Tickets can be reserved at http://gfafexpo.com/
If you haven't already ordered your tickets, I strongly urge you to do so. There is a limited number of Early Bird admissions available for Saturday, which gets you in by 9 a.m.. According to the organizers, not only do the Early Birds avoid large crowds, but it also is a good time for families of children with sensory issues.
Additional information about the Expo can be found in my earlier post (here) and at gfafexpo.com.
So, who's in?
